    Brand Manager - Geneva

    To strengthen our Marketing department, we are recruiting a Brand Manager at our global headquarters in Geneva. Reporting to the Brand Lead, your mission is to participate in the definition of the global strategy of one of our key brands, and ensure its execution at global, regional and local levels. In this position, you will be a visionary force behind the brand's identity, positioning, and market dominance. You will craft the brand's narrative, design innovative strategies, and support cross-functional teams to cement the brand as a market leader in its category.

    Your main responsibilities are as follows:

    • Collaborate with the Brand Lead to develop and refine the brand's vision and strategic direction, ensuring a cohesive approach across all consumer touchpoints
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of the brand's essence, its competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to devise compelling brand strategies
    • Work in tandem with the Brand Lead to devise and implement the annual brand plan, setting clear objectives to elevate brand presence and market share
    • Lead the charge in product innovation and renovation projects, ensuring they meet the market's needs and stay ahead of trends
    • Embrace and amplify the brand's digital presence by implementing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies
    • Execute a successful brand activation plan that ensures a seamless consumer journey from online engagement to point of sale
    • Regularly report key brand performance indicators to the Brand Lead, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
    • Oversee the brand's P&L, understanding the implications of the value chain and driving business results by managing core financial drivers
    • Act as a brand manager, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

    To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Life Sciences or Marketing, or business related subject
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management, including a significative experience within the pharmaceutical industry
    • Proven leadership and communication skills
    • Full fluency in English with good knowledge in French

Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership and strong communication skills, you know how to convince and manage different cross functional stakeholders. Finally, you are organized and able to prioritize with agility in a fast-paced environment.
