Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee all social video and graphic output across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Work on all aspects of production, from creating briefs, writing scripts to delivering final outputs.
* Created content and social media strategies for key events and campaigns, such as World Refugee Day, Global Trends report launch, UNHCR’s 70th anniversary, Nansen Refugee Awards, Global Refugee Forum, and the Refugee Olympic Team at the Tokyo and Rio Olympics.
* Work with the Goodwill Ambassador Team to develop partnerships between celebrity / influencer social media accounts
* Nurture partnerships between UNHCR and social media platforms (especially TikTok, Meta)
* Document and analyze social media video metrics, working closely with the Strategic Communications Team on regular reporting
* Provide training, guidance and feedback to Regional and Country Offices worldwide in-person and online (Bangkok, Bangladesh, Jordan)
