We are looking for an
International creative brand manager for our brand Floraiku Paris, with creativity and team spirit to grow with us.

From the gut feeling to the product development to the launch on the market, you will be involved in every step.


Mission and responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead the whole brand
  • Propose, develop and convince us on new products exploring new luxurious ceremonies with a longterm vision
  • Grow through responsibility of driving the whole customer path : texture/juice, sustainable packaging, image, POS material, education material...
  • Prepare and explain all the elements of the customer path in order to meet sales team expectations: develop a strong internal relationship and network, fulfill commercial needs and field requirements to succeed.
  • Boost the brand awareness in particular though social media and our Cinehaiku foundation.
  • Track your sales: follow the brands results building strong relationship with sales teams and key markets in order to better understand and improve the results of the brand, new launches and animations, assets or tools and more widely retail experiences. Follow, learn and react in order to invent tomorrow, hand in hand with sales teams.

Ideal profile:


  • Passion for luxury / beauty and fragrances (perfumery knowledge is required)
  • Creativity and strategic thinking
  • Sensitivity to poetry / cinema is a plus
  • Fascinated about retail experiences, able to propose new ceremonies and exclusive experiences
  • Full ownership of your projects and their development
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in beauty product development, ideally in luxury environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and doer mindset, proactive approach and results oriented
  • At ease with all the MOS Office
  • Master's degree in a field that you are passionate about
