    TÂCHES PRINCIPALES

  • Accueil des patients étrangers pour leur venue au sein de la Clinique des Grangettes
  • Prise de contact avec les patients pour définir leur parcours de soins
  • Etablissement du programme médical avec les cabinets et médecins du site
  • Coordination de toute la logistique nécessaire à leur séjour
  • Suivi administratif : établissement du programme et coordination des rendez-vous, établissement des devis de prise en charge, suivi de la facturation et des encaissements en collaboration avec les services compétents
  • Contact avec les prestataires externes
  • Visite de la clinique lors de demande

    • VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation de secrétaire médical·e ou formation jugée équivalente avec une expérience de quelques années dans cette fonction et une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des institutions de soins.
  • Sens de la communication et de la discrétion
  • Un sens du service développé
  • Langue maternelle française et très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organisé·e, rigoureux-se, autonome et flexible, avec un bon sens des priorités
  • Un français parfait à l'écrit et à l'oral ainsi qu'un niveau d'anglais d'au minimum B2
