- Pflegen des Fiber Management Tools Connect Master
- Verantwortung und selbstständige Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Glasfaseranschlüsse
- Projektieren von Netzausbau- Veränderungsvorhaben und Umschaltungen von Unterwerken
- Koordinieren, Planen und Begleiten von Wartungsvorhaben
- Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Optimierung des Fiber Backbones
- Selbstständige Inbetriebnahme von passiv (LWL) und aktiven Kundendienste (L2-L3)
- Troubleshooting vom passiv und aktiv Backbonenetz vor Ort
- Mitwirkung im 7*24h Betrieb (inkl. Troubleshooting und Pikett vor Ort)
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung z.B. im Bereich Bau / Telekommunikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich Glasfasertechnologie (z.B. FTTH, Spleissen, Messen, Dokumentieren, Bau)
- Idealerweise bereits Projekterfahrungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cable Scout oder einem anderen Fiber Management Tool
- Erfahrung mit aktiv Komponenten (L2-L3) von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent und vernetztes Denken fällt Dir leicht
- Freude an administrativen Arbeiten in Kombination mit praktischen Feldarbeiten
- Freude an der Mitgestaltung und Prägen dieses neuen Bereichs der Litecom

Project Fiber Manager %
Diese spannende Rolle innerhalb der Litecom richtet sich an Personen, deren Passion die Glasfasertechnologie ist. Im Zuge eines bedeutenden Aufbau- und Betriebsauftrages für unseren Hauptaktionär die AEW Energie AG haben wir in den vergangenen Jahren einen neuen Fiber Management Prozess aufgesetzt, etabliert und werden weitere Aufträge übernehmen. Dazu gehört unteranderem der systematische Aufbau und die Pflege eines neuen Fiber Management Tools.
Wir suchen Dich als prägende Figur und Teamplayer des Fiber Competence Center der Litecom AG.
In dieser spannenden Funktion wirkst Du aktiv in folgenden Aufgabengebieten:
