The position functions as the Technical Lead under Retention operations. In this position you will act as the technical project manager and it is a very essential position to make sure that day to day work in the operations work well.

Tasks:

Gather technical issues, promos, and feedback from partners, TLs, and agents to assess feasibility, impact, and risks for inclusion in the Tool Roadmap, serving as the owner of the Reto Tool and Squad
Analyze specified problems and issues to identify optimal technical and professional solutions, utilizing data from various sources to understand key themes and potential business impacts
Dive deep into sales data to understand performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as necessary
Ensure alignment of business requirements for Ccass and Orbit implementation, and oversee Retention Quality to ensure smooth operation and create action roadmaps
Follow up on Base Migration projects and assess their impact on retention, while also managing Crossbrand rotational churn to ensure compliance and meet targets
Drive efficiency improvements in IVR routing and reduction of transfers, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational effectiveness
Squad owner of Retention Tools. Adhoc support on projects with process / technical knowledge

Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience as a project / process manager in technical / IT departments
Very strong project management skills, handling various stakeholders (especially IT) and timelines
Good Office tools skills is a must
Works under pressure with timeline and adaptation to changes in requirements
Solution oriented
Fluent English, German is an asset
