Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building and nurturing successful partnerships? Do you possess the leadership skills necessary to drive business growth through collaboration and innovation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you


Tasks:


  • Develop and execute a strategic partner sales plan to achieve order and revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a highperforming team of senior partner account manager, by fostering a collaborative and resultdriven culture.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing key partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify and win new business partner.
  • Collaborate with Xfunctional teams, including marketing, product development and operations to drive the Sunrise endtoend partner experience.
  • Place internal demand and be the indirect partner voice in the company.
  • Work collaborative with Indirect Channel colleagues (Senior Program Manager, Inside Sales) to ensure that the business partner team keeps the partner in the center and at the heart of all decisions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leadership role in indirect and partner sales
- within the ICT industry.

  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a highperforming indirect sales team.
  • Strong understanding in the technology industry and the dynamics of partner ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain influential relationships.
  • Very good knowledge of German, English is mandatory; French and Italian are and advantage
