Tasks:
Lead the integration of DevOps practices into business processes and systems development
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure DevOps strategies align with company objectives
Facilitate the onboarding of new systems into our DevOps framework
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs
Drive continuous improvement in our DevOps practices, ensuring they remain cuttingedge and businessfocused
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps
Manage communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business terms
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Extensive experience in DevOps, software development, and IT operations
Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with technology
Proven track record of leading successful DevOps initiatives in a corporate environment
Experience with cloud technologies, automation tools, and modern software development practices
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Excellent communication and leadership skills
