    Job Description

  • Work in close collaboration with and report to the Procurement and Office Manager
  • Handle autonomously Supplier Relationships for Market Data and IT Licenses
  • Supervise and manage Market Data and IT Licencing contracts
  • Assist with and eventually take over contract negotiations
  • Assist with tracking and monitoring the delivery, invoicing and payment for Market Data & IT Licencing contracts
  • Archive and file contracts, manage user set ups and accesses, input data and update spread-sheets
  • Assist with creation and implementation of procurement procedures and workflows
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as and when required

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement in an international environment
  • Experience in IT licencing and/or Market Data procurement, especially within the commodity trading sector, is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English (native, C2 or equivalent) and French, any other language is a plus
  • University degree (Bachelor) in Business a plus
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must
