    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Facility and Buildings Manager im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen und administrative Arbeiten ausführen
  • Kontrollieren, überprüfen und bearbeiten die vorhandenen oder dazustossenden Reinigungs- und Gastronomieverträge mit unseren Facility Partnern und kontrollieren, melden anfallende Mutationen
  • Überwachung von Vertragsmanagement und Leistungen
  • Pflegen der technischen Dokumentation, Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Offertenwesen, Aufträgen vergabe bis zur Rechnungsprüfung
  • Beteiligen sich anlaufenden oder neuen Projekten im Bereich Facility Management

    • Was Sie mitbringen

  • Verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Berufserfahrung im FM und im Projektmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen administrativen Tätigkeit mit
  • Versiert im Umgang mit der gesamten MS-Office Palette, allg. PC-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, und auch in Französisch und Englisch können Sie gut mit unserem Personal kommunizieren
  • Vernetztes Denken, Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise sind Ihnen wichtig
  • Teamplayer (w/m/d), welcher sich gerne einbringt und anpackt
  • Handwerkliche oder technische Fähigkeiten ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Service- u. Kundenorientierung
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten, belastbar und flexibel
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiativ
  • Führerschein Kat. B
