Admin Specialist- Chinese Speaking role in Bern
Main Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc
- Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
- Perform a "Process Control" for whole admin business in Rep office, work with AD to identify and mitigate with action plan for admin business risk.
- Internal meeting/event planning
- Design the effective internal communication and manage the admin official account in social media platform
- Partner with other team members on business related projects
- Additional support in close collaboration with team during busy period
Your Profile
- 3+ years' experience as an administrator or admin assistant
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Service oriented, and confident personality
- Creative thinking
- Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Strong ability to learn, selfmanagement skills and the ability to work independently
- High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, fluent German is an advantage
