I am actively seeking a Sales Rep for one of our largest clients in Switzerland, who we have a 100% retention rate with.

They are current growing at a rapid rate and are in need of a Key Account Manager to help maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.


Responsibilities:

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Serve as a point of contact between key customers and internal teams
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients


Your Profile:

Previous experience as Key Account Manager / Sales Rep
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Fluency in German AND French
