Beschreibung
On behalf of our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Project Assistant. The position has a workload of 80% and the possibility to work remote (from Switzerland). It is initially a 12 months contract with starting date at the 12 of January.


Your mission:

  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the needs of the project and goals
  • Support the coordination and management of a global automation project in Quality Control
  • Perform administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, issuing meeting minutes and preparing invoices
  • Responsible for tracking the projects progress and to create update reports
  • Perform tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner
  • Note: Regular MS Teams calls outside of working hours (e.g. 9PM10PM CET) occur

Your background:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proven track records or practical experience in technical projects
  • Experience in Pharma, IT or life science is a plus
  • Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Experience in MS Project
  • Fluency in English is a must
