Project Management Assistant - Bern, Schweiz - Swisslinx

On behalf of our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Project Assistant. The position has a workload of 80% and the possibility to work remote (from Switzerland). It is initially a 12 months contract with starting date at the 12 of January.Your mission:
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding the needs of the project and goals
- Support the coordination and management of a global automation project in Quality Control
- Perform administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, issuing meeting minutes and preparing invoices
- Responsible for tracking the projects progress and to create update reports
- Perform tasks assigned by the project manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Note: Regular MS Teams calls outside of working hours (e.g. 9PM10PM CET) occur
Your background:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven track records or practical experience in technical projects
- Experience in Pharma, IT or life science is a plus
- Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Experience in MS Project
- Fluency in English is a must
