- Amministrazione dei server client Windows
- Responsabile dei backup nella rete di produzione
- Amministrazione dei client Windows nell'ambiente di produzione
- Documentazione relativa all' IT nell'area di competenza
- Ricezione e risoluzione di segnalazioni di guasti nel sistema di ticket (supporto di 1° livello)
- Gestione dell'accesso alle apparecchiature di produzione per i tecnici dell'assistenza (firewall)
- Monitoraggio/gestione degli errori delle interfacce all'interno della rete di produzione
- Formazione professionale conclusa come informatico in ingegneria dei sistemi
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza professionale nel campo IT
- La conoscenza dei database MS SQL costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Affinità con il software e rapidità di comprensione
- Buona conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese scritto e parlato
- Piacere nel risolvere problemi informatici
- Elevato livello di impegno, mentalità di squadra e personalità orientata al servizio e al team
