We are seeking a ICT System Administrator Junior, for our client, a very important international industry based in the beautiful Mendrisiotto area.
_TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES _
- First and second level user support
- Operation of the corporate network (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Operation and maintenance of the server, desktop, notebook, thin client and printer infrastructure
- Operation of network components such as switches
- Management of software and standard operating system (Windows environment)
- Operation of active directory, GPO, Microsoft Exchange, MS SQL databases, virtualization, VMware
_REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS _
- Information technology Capacity certificate (AFC) or equivalent education
- Strong team player and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High learning ability
- Willingness to resolve ICT problems
- Initiative and willingness to engage in further development
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, plus good knowledge of English and German
