HR Process & Policy and HRIS Manager:
Medacta International is searching for an HR Process & Policy and HRIS Manager.


This role is responsible for the development and management of HR HQ/Global policies and procedures including the HRIS for Medacta International.


Moreover, it has accountability to support the operation of the business by redesigning, developing business and culturally aligned HR policies and processes.

In addition, the role will take an active lead in procuring and developing HRIS software and solutions that will improve efficiency and effectiveness of Medacta's digital HR strategy.

Ensure all process maps are accurate and continually updated when changes are identified through regular process reviews; work to drive innovation by benchmarking against leading practices;
Take leadership role in the design and development of all HR policies and processes, provide proposals/solutions for implementation;
Support the implantation of the HR process and system roadmap by leading implementations and process improvements; in partnership with key stakeholders, support the ongoing development of the roadmap as progress is made and business needs evolve;
A key contributor in the development of key compensation policies and processes;
Provide key leadership and direction in the roll-out and training of HR policies and procedures across the organisation;
Act as the SME or Project leader on identification, sourcing and deployment of HRIS solutions across Medacta;
Continue to monitor and assess processes to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes; make changes as needed to adjust improvements to reflect better results of targeted outcomes;
Lead and support as necessary ad hoc HR Projects and any other task deemed necessary.


The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
MA degree in Business Administration or Engineer;
Fluent in Italian & English;
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in international organisations;
Must have experience of Business Processes, Process Mapping, Process Optimization;
Project management experience (methodology, tools, processes);

Knowledge / certification on process control methodology (Six Sigma, Prince2, SPC, Designed Experiments,...) to solve problems and improve process control and capability will be a plus.

Soft Skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders;
Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
Ability to think and act strategically and tactically whilst delivering practical solutions;
Collaborate professionally and effectively amongst all internal/external stakeholders.
