    JOB PURPOSE

    An exciting opportunity exists for a young professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand "Explora Journeys" to collaborate with the Marketing team and support with the development of the marketing and communications plan and the implementation of other exciting projects.

    Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, in the heart of Swiss Hospitality and luxury in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six ships (currently in the pipeline) have been built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the luxury cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


    • Maintaining essential brand information, product experiences and destination experiences; updating the documents whenever needed and taking initiatives to improve look and functionality.


    • Support for coordination of resources for copywriting and photography sourcing for product, destination, and brand needs.


    • Support for content maintenance (in folders plus systems)


    • Help perform audits when needed, enrich databases and galleries


    • Support Master Content repository & for coordination withagencies


    • Supports Brand team in content production/checks for "Product Bibles"


    • Support Brand team in benchmarks /trends, competitor monitoring


    • Support Internal teams in content checks across channels (AEM/Seaware)


    • Support in transversal projects when needed

    QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)


    • Ability to work independently


    • Self-motivated


    • Work proactively with team members, share ideas and information


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English


    • Organizational skills and attention to detail


    • Strong time/management skills and ability to prioritize work tasks
