- Create detailed workback schedules for upcoming animations and monitor actions on a weekly basis with involved stakeholders
- Assist in the creation of technical packages for each kits to launch worldwide production
- Participate in production pitch, prototyping phase, help consolidate meetings reports
- Create and update allocation guidelines and implementation guidelines
- Consolidate markets' orders
- Work closely with markets to support implementation and follow reporting with dedicated tool
- Edit Post Launch reviews
- Help providing turnkey solutions for bespoke request to animate temporary spaces and respect time-to-market deliveries.
- Animate the VM community worldwide
- Driving efficient collaboration with other departments marketing operations, creative team, purchasing, supply chain, store design planning
- Benchmark & research: Lead competition review on VM Update suppliers data base Assess new potential partners Support other Trade marketing topics
- Business School student, specialization in Marketing or equivalent,
- First experience in project management in the luxury industry ideally in Visual Merchandising / Trade Marketing
- Knowledge of production techniques, materials, reading technical drawings, a great plus
- Strong interest and passion in luxury or in watchmaking
- Excellent command of the Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and are at ease with digital tools,
- Demonstrate solid communication and analysis skills as well as agility, reliability, proactivity and dynamism in a transversal environment.

Starting date: June
Part of the Marketing & Communication Team and in direct support of the Trade Marketing Project Manager, you will be the point of contact for markets to support the Visual merchandising animation program and on operational flows. On top, you will participate in the production of our Visual merchandising animation packages for our worldwide network (Retail & Wholesale). Last, you will also support the markets' commercial & marketing objectives by providing turnkey projects and managing implementations.
