    MAN Energy Solutions (MAN-ES Zürich) ist ein führender Hersteller von Turbomaschinen und hochmodernen Ingenieurlösungen für industrielle Energiesysteme im großen Maßstab.     Derzeit entwickeln wir neue Systeme im Bereich Power-to-Heat im Kontext der Dekarbonisierung. Ein herausragendes Beispiel ist unsere Electro-Thermal Energy Storage (ETES) Technologie, die die Prozessingenieurkompetenzen, die Turbomaschinenkonstruktion und die Fertigungskompetenzen von MAN-ES kombiniert, um schlüsselfertige Systeme für zukünftige Anwendungen in der Industrie zu liefern. Als jüngstes Highlight haben wir die sCO2 Hochtemperatur-Industrie-Wärmepumpeneinheit (auch als HPU bekannt) auf den Markt gebracht, die unsere Innovationskraft und unser Engagement für nachhaltige Lösungen unterstreicht.

    • Modularisierung und Standardisierung von Maschinenskids, insb. für magnetgelagerte Kompressoren
    • Schnittstellenpflege zu angrenzenden bzw. zu integrierenden Systemen wie Controls, Kernmaschine, Kühlgassysteme, Magnetlagersystem etc.
    • Definieren und Implementieren von Produktkonfigurationsmodellen für Applikationen mit magnetgelagerten Kompressoren in Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb
    • Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Prozessen und Hilfsmitteln in der Projektabwicklung im Bereich Systems Engineering
    • Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Prozessen und Tools in der Angebotsphase und Projektabwicklung für High-Speed Maschinen
    • Beratung der Projektabwicklung und der Entwicklungsabteilung zu den Themen magnetgelagerter Maschinen sowie zum Konfigurationsmanagement
    • Entwicklung und Pflege von Spezifikationsvorlagen und Templates für High-Speed Maschinen im Bereich Systems Engineering
    • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Systems-Engineering, Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
    • Praxiserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Anlagenbau > 3 Jahre
    • Vertiefte Kenntnisse von magnetgelagerten Kompressoren, einschließlich Elektromotor und Magnetlagersystem erwünscht
    • Erfahrung in der Produktkonfiguration oder Datenmodellierung erwünscht
    • Gute Kenntnisse von Instrumentierung von Vorteil
    • Vertiefte Ex Schutz Erfahrung erwünscht
    • Gute Selbstorganisation und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
    • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
