The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuitbreaker (GCB) systems and gas insulated switchgears (GIS) for both Transmission (220kV550kV) and Subtransmission (60kV170kV) level, including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, valueadded services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements.

Your responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) culture in Operations and SCM and expand the adoption and level of L6S methodology within the team Identify, lead and support internal CIP Projects in Sales and interfacing other departments Further map and improve our Operational processes, especially to ensure a simple and clear interface between departments; SCM, Operations, Sales, Engineering, Site Services or other units such as GIS/GCB New Business Responsible for developing our internal IT platforms together with the IT development team Gather and act on voice of customer to further develop and improve customer satisfaction in key metrics speed and quality
Your background:

You hold a higher education with commercial and/or technical/IT focus (University, FH, TS or similar)

Your bring first experience in business process improvement You are certified in L6S Yellow Belt or Green Belt You are a team player with good communication, analytical and organizational skills You bring drive and persistence combined with strong skills in motivation and convincing others You have good knowledge with SAP, SharePoint and MS Office You are fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages like German are a plus
