Could you be the full-time
Quality Management System,
(QMS) Manager at Zürich or Villeneuve we're looking for?


Your future role


You'll ensures that the QMS is adapted to the business needs, deployed, used and compliant with the Alstom's referential, in relation with local Q teams, EHS and E&C managers to ensure coherence of actions related to the Management System.


We'll look to you:

  • To coordinate Alstom processes & tools local deployment, with support of local QMS and Quality correspondants within the "métiers"
  • To ensure process governance and report to site / country management team about processes deployment / implementation / performance
  • To ensure QMS documentation is properly managed
  • To ensure site / country / Product Line QMS conformance with Alstom and Region QMS, Customers standards and standard requirement (ISO 9001, IRIS, ECM, CMMI...)
  • To animate internal audits (planning, realization, outputs and improvement)
  • To prepare, follow and analyze QMS assessment achieved by Certification body and Customers
  • To ensure organization and consolidation results of process reviews and management reviews.

  • Bachelor/Masters technical degree
  • Experience in Quality Management System, and Knowledge of Quality standards
  • Experience in managing Quality and problemsolving tools
  • Fluent in English & German (for Zürich location) or English & French (preferred for the location in Villeneuve)
  • Fluency in all three would be a plus
  • Flair for influencing others
  • Desire to work collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
