Purpose of the role

Advise CIOs/CDOs and similar senior leaders to design and implement a flexible, futureproof digital/enterprise architecture enabling the desired digital/IT strategy. Define enterprisewide IT strategies, standards, and policies.
Design a business/enterprise architecture in conjunction with largescale transformation programs to achieve the target vision and realize expected benefits.
Develop program/project plans to design and implement the sustainable and comprehensive conception of digital systems and their components.
Identify ways to reduce IT costs sustainably.
Facilitate experts on architectural topics in conjunction with the relevant Capgemini Invent and Group communities.
Build reference deliverables to accelerate the delivery and realization of commercial proposals (reference architectures, architecture patterns, etc.).
Depending on your seniority, play a crucial role in the project and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
At least five years of relevant work experience in Digital/IT Strategy development, Enterprise Architecture consulting/operational roles within complex, multinational environments, and largescale digital transformations. It is critical to have a high degree of technical proficiency and understanding of integrated IT environments.
Skilled in several of the following: enterprisewide platforms (e.g., SAP), infrastructure technologies (network/storage/compute), cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), integration technologies (APIbased, e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud), Data Structures & Governance, Intelligent Process Automation, AI, Cybersecurity
Awareness of IT frameworks such as ITIL v4, IT4IT, and COBIT 2019. TOGAF certification is a great plus.
Mastering a particular industry's current business and technology challenges with a preference for financial services, life science, or consumer products/manufacturing.
Holistic mindset with the ability to balance short

- and long-term perspectives and articulate tradeoffs.

Consulting aptitude: rigor, analytical skills, oral and written synthesis ability, speed of execution, and autonomy. Able to facilitate workshops.
Enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial spirit and a customercentric mindset; enjoying working as part of a team.
Strong intellectual curiosity, hunger for learning, and a great capacity for adaptation.
Strong interpersonal skills with English fluency; Fluency in French and German are a plus.
