- Verantwortung über das Budget und die Kennzahlen der Verkaufsstelle
- Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung von neuen Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
- Freundliche und zuvorkommende Beratung unserer Kundschaft
- Optimale Warenbewirtschaftung und Bestellung der Verkaufs- und Aktionswaren
- Gewährleistung einer konzepttreuen und ansprechenden Warenpäsentation
- Betreuung, Ausbildung und Entwicklng von Lernenden und Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Bewirtschaftung der integrierten Postagentur
- Erledigung diverser administrativer Tätigkeiten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel mit EFZ oder gleichwertig
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld (vorzugsweise Lebensmitteldetailhandel)
- Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Hohe Bereitschaft für flexible Einsatzzeiten
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Sozial- und Fachkompetenz
- Berufsbildnerausweis von Vorteil
