The Role:


As the Customer Service representative, you will be taking calls and also actively calling customers in between (extended) sales visits to support customers and taking orders.

In addition, you will be the backoffice back-up for sales in case of absence due to sick-leave, holidays or open positions.


This is a full-time, permanent position based in Baar.

What You Will Do:


  • Customer support and order taking on the phone
  • Cross
- and Upselling where appropriate whilst taking telephone orders

  • Provide a consultative service to customers by offering promotions and ideas for sellthrough
  • Maintain relationships with customers that not have bought with their sales person
  • Customer Service and Logistics Management
  • Webshop/Portal support for customers. Focused on setting up customers to use the webshop, answering customers questions and supplying support. Important is to drive usage of the webshop among all customers.
  • Serving as replacement whenever Sales is not able to visit the customer.
  • Inbox Management
  • Processing of inquiries
  • Assignment of tasks to departments

What You Need:


  • Commercial education or comparable education
  • 23 years Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • Experience SAP User
  • Experienced user in the MS Office
  • Very good knowledge in German verbal & written
  • Good knowledge in Business English verbal & written
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Extremely customer oriented with a "can do" attitude
  • Teamplayer & technically versed
  • Excellent selforganized & able to work highly independently
