Beschreibung
Führung der Buchhaltung von einer Anlagegruppe inkl. Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss nach Schweizer Recht und Kollektivanlagegesetz

  • Erstellung verschiedener Auswertungen und Abrechnungen (Delkredere, Eventualverbindlichkeiten, interne Kontrollreports, adhocAnalysen etc.)
  • Mitarbeit bei MWST-Abrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner für Depotbank, Revisionsgesellschaft, Immobilienverwaltern und internen Abteilungen
  • Bearbeitung und Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten
  • Gewährleistung der Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen / höherer Abschluss (FH/HF) im Bereich Accounting, Finance oder Real Estate von Vorteil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder in der Buchhaltung von kollektiven Kapitalanlagen von Vorteil
  • Gute numerische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
