YOUR CHALLENGE:

Specifically, the mandate of ALM mainly includes:

Steering of financial resources by providing management information, limit frameworks and tools to optimize revenues in light of regulatory capital, balance sheet and liquidity costs
Maintenance of the FTP concept to determine funding credits and debits as well as liquidity costs which are used in the pricing of loans and deposits or which are debited and credited to the firm's business units and relationship managers
Runs Economic & Regulatory Cost of Capital processes and worldwide Treasury project in context of interest rate, capital and liquidity management
Budgeting and controlling of Treasury operating income
Works on the implementation of steering tools such as costofcapital methodologies, resource limits and budgets, forecasting tools or interest rate risk management tools such as the replication of deposits
Supports on the implementation and maintenance of financial models and the Group's fund transfer pricing methodology
Provides data analysis and conclusions on root causes for developments of capital and liquidity ratios

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, CIIA) desirable
At least 35 years of experience in a similar role in either ALM, Treasury or Risk Management in the financial services industry or a management consulting firm
Expertise in respect of regulatory capital and liquidity standards as implemented in Switzerland
Track record in handling and analysis of large amounts of data and financial modelling, programming skills will be a plus
Fluent in German and English
Hands on, solution and delivery oriented mindset with track record of close collaboration with Front Office and Corporate Functions across all levels of seniority
