YOUR CHALLENGE:


  • Handling of daily tasks and requests from the CRO, divisional leadership team and other key stakeholders
  • Planning (incl. elaboration of the agenda and high quality content) and independent execution of internal events for senior management (e.g. international Townhalls, On/offsites, conferences)
  • Support Head BM in preparing material for submission to various internal (Executive Board, Board of Directors, Management Committees) as well as external bodies (e.g. Regulators)
  • Independent lead and support of crossdivisional projects & task forces in close collaboration with the CRO leadership team as well as senior management form other Divisions
  • Content preparation for the CRO or the Leadership Team such as internal and external presentations and briefings and other special topic research incl. related data
  • Interaction with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather material and information, collate them to executive summaries and visualize adequately, write talking points
  • Support in managing, controlling, forecasting & budgeting of the CRO Division RtB budget, CtB budget relating to CRO topics as well as adhoc analysis relating to cost management and workforce planning etc.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • University degree or other higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Banking and Finance
  • At least 4 years' experience as financial generalist in the financial industry
  • Very good communicative skills; fluent in English and German
  • Open for new challenges and willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and ability to work independently on own initiative
  • Teamoriented as well as able to lead and motivate others
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
