Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal support for contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and proofreading thirdparty and intercompany agreements for Sandoz Swiss Entities.
  • Assist with various legal documents such as CDAs, PoAs, UBO, confirmations, authorizations, certificates, and protocols.
  • Maintain proper organization of documentation and files.
  • Handle notarization processes efficiently and reliably.
  • Conduct proofreading of legal documents.
  • Support and contribute to special projects as assigned.
  • Manage document flow with stakeholders and coordinate document signatures.
  • Ensure contract lifecycle management and maintain the contract database, including physical and digital archiving systems.

Qualifications:


  • Possess a Paralegal Certificate or equivalent commercial training (e.g., Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or relevant educational background (e.g., Swiss Matura plus business experience or Bachelor's degree with a preference for Legal).
  • Have previous experience as a Paralegal, Administrative Specialist with paralegal experience, or similar role.
  • Demonstrate basic legal training, either through a formal Paralegal course or acquired onthejob experience.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with familiarity in legal terminology; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
