    Business analyst CRM (H/F)

    Introduction


    Pour notre division Systèmes d'Information, nous recherchons un Business AnalystCRM(H/F) dont la mission principale sera de garantir l'harmonisation et la cohérence des évolutions implémentées dans la solution CRM de l'entreprise.

    Responsabilités

    • Assurer la communication auprès des instances de gouvernance produit et des représentants utilisateurs
    • Mener des ateliers de capture de besoin avec une population variée de stakeholders
    • Réaliser l'analyse et les spécifications fonctionnelles des besoins exprimés
    • Maitriser les évolutions de la solution et la bonne adéquation avec les feuilles de route de l'entreprise
    • Participer à l'effort de test et de validation de la solution
    • Participer au support des filiales déployées : assistance et analyse de cas
    • Participer à l'élaboration de la base de connaissance du support
    • Être en mesure de voyager (déplacements en filiale occasionnels possible)

    Profil

    • Formation universitaire dans le domaine informatique, domaine commercial ou marketing. Ingénieur EPF, HES ou équivalent.
    • Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans la gestion de solutions informatiques
    • Expérience confirmée dans l'utilisation d'un CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou Salesforce est un atout)
    • Expérience dans les domaines de la gestion client B2B et B2C
    • Capacité à produire une documentation claire et concise pour les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes techniques
    • Esprit analytique et forte autonomie dans la recherche de solutions
    • Compétences confirmées en gestion de projet et faculté à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
    • Excellentes capacités interpersonnelles et esprit d'équipe
    • Rigueur et confidentialité
