CRM Coordinator based in
Geneva.


The CRM coordinator is helping the countries in the region to roll-out the defined strategy, and more specifically in the roll-out of the CRM global projects and local initiatives.

He/She is also pivotal in understanding the overall performance of the region when it comes to CRM KPIs and providing a first level of analysis.


Deploy key CRM projects in the targeted markets (new database system, new loyalty engine, new clienteling tool,)

  • Understand the project and be knowledgeable enough to explain it to the local teams that will use it, ensure that all is clear for local teams
  • Perform tests as per the user tests scenario defined and provide feedback on this test, escalate if bug is detected and followup until resolution
  • Communicate about the project timelines,
  • Accompany the countries in their change process when applicable

Act as the FGM data analyst to have an overall understanding of the regional dynamic

  • Track performance towards our recruitment, data capture, repeat purchase and loyalty targets across channels via weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards (NPS, number of active customers, 2nd purchase rate,)
  • Liaise with the markets to understand any deviation vs target and craft an action plan in collaboration with the CRM manager
  • Support regional and local teams with various customer and product analysis

Help local CRM teams in their customer journey deployment

  • Act as a first level of escalation for countries when they have questions related to the campaign management tool
  • Work hand in hand with the local teams to define the ideal customer journeys
  • Implement those customer journeys as per a realistic yet ambitious rollout planning

Manage the access and licences for all CRM tools

  • Clarify with the stakeholders the needed licenses for the tools used locally (eg. reporting tool, customer care tool, NPS tool,)
When people are leaving the team/ new people are arriving, ensure that the necessary changes are made in the access rights


You have:

_Education/Degree: _
Bachelor of Science needed - Business school or Engineering field

Background including total years of experience_**- 2+ years previous experience in CRM

  • Previous experience in project management
  • Previous experience in working in an international context

Technical skills:
_**- Knowledge of CRM systems, JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite needed

  • Knowledge of eCRM and a campaign management tool (Adobe Campaign a plus)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, QlikSense, Qualtrics, Zendesk and Comarch CLM a plus
