We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team and drive our sales analytics strategy forward.


Job Summary:


The Principal Sales Analytics specialist is a senior manager role and will be responsible for leading our sales analytics function for the Honeywell Aerospace business, including defining the analytics strategy, leading a matrixed high-performing team, and developing and executing a data-driven approach to sales.

This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive insights, improve sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Define and lead the sales analytics strategy for the Aerospace business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Lead a matrixed team of sales support and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to drive highperformance and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, HR and finance teams to drive insights and optimize sales performance through datadriven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards (e.g. SFDC CRMA) to monitor key performance metrics and provide visibility into sales activities, pipeline, productivity and performance.
Drive seller adoption, seek feedback, & incorporate feedback into sales tools & Salesforce dashboards from sales teams

Identify areas of opportunity for growth and optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Draw actionable insight out of analytics to report-out to executive leadership

Stay up-to-date with Aero sales channel and business teams structures in order incorporate changes into SFDC dashboards/analytics

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and solutions to the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • SFDC experience (especially SFDC CRMA) is preferred
  • Experience working with Tableau or other visual management tools is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales analytics, preferably in sales intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Familiarity with SFDC CRM system, SAP Commissions, Tableau, PowerBi, CRMA, SQL, SAQL, and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive results.
