    Notre client est une PME internationale du secteur médical région Lausanne qui est en plein développement et qui cherche à recruter pour compléter son équipe un/e :
    Customer Service Representative 100% H/FFr/AnglCustomer Service Representative 100%DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
    • Gestion de l'administration des commandes clients de A à Z
    • Vérification et contrôle des contrats clients et factures
    • Traiter les demandes clients internes et externes en fournissant un service de haut niveau
    • Coordonner toutes les activités liées au traitement des commandes (saisie de données, vérification de la disponibilité des produits, facturation et suivi)
    • Coordonner et suivre le transport des commandes avec les prestataires partenaires
    • Interface entre les clients et l'équipe des ventes lors des activités SAV
    • Traitement et résolution de litiges, organisation des renvois lors d'inconformités et suivi


    PROFIL ATTENDU
    • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste de customer service en PME internationale
    • Très bon niveau d'anglais et français, (Allemand un plus)
    • Expérience dans un environnement du secteur médical devices un plus
    • Sens de l'organisation, capacité à structurer et prioriser les tâches
    • Orienté solutions et services, multitâches
    • Sens de la communication orale et écrite
    • Bonne capacité de travail
