• Led company-wide project for unified commerce (ticketing & retail) encompassing 5 products in collaboration with CTO.
  • Managed SaaS platform, B2C eCommerce flow, Point-of-Sale software, kiosk software, and Play Store scanning app.
• Preparation of yearly & quarterly roadmaps in collaboration with CEO & CTO
• Oversaw 3 international development squads (22 FTEs), ensuring sprint adherence and quality control.
• Product team hiring & management (1 Junior Product Manager & 1 UX Designer).
• Directed customer projects, third-party API integration, UI design and development
• Facilitated and coordinate cross-team communication among Service, Account Management, Marketing and Sales teams.
• End-to-end development of an integrated Point-of-Sale system for tickets and retail, from conceptualization to production.
• Managed sprints, prepared EPICs and user stories, ensuring efficient & successful project execution.
• Led User Experience design and workflow enhancement efforts.
• Maintained an updated knowledge base to facilitate information accessibility.
• Led product release campaigns with Marketing team
• Conducted hardware benchmarking and testing to ensure product quality and performance.
