    Aufgaben

    • Counselling in specialist care situations
    • Supporting students and apprentices as well as new employees during the induction phase
    • Ensuring complete, professional, differentiated documentation and information to superiors and colleagues
    • Carrying out internal departmental evaluations and specialised short training courses
    • Taking on additional activities on behalf of the management
    • Supporting the management in achieving the department-specific annual targets

    Qualifikation

    • Completed training as a nurse (Bachelor)
    • Experience in acute care is desirable
    • Great flexibility, ability to work under pressure and high organisational talent
    • Good written and spoken German language skills (B2 certificate)
    • Good IT user skills
    • High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy
    • Ability to work in a team and lead employees
