Most recent employment in Occupational Healthcare working in a fast-paced environment referring and placing workplace injuries to licensed physiotherapists. •  Scheduled over 100 pre-employment, periodic, VIP and onsite physiotherapy appointments daily. This resulted in being the first point of contact for the wider Occupational Health Group for quality control of communication.
• Consolidated those candidates are aware of their appointments and any associated requirements at least 48 hours prior to appointment time. Ensured constancy in candidate attendance for the physiotherapists.
• Coordinated with Clinical Network Team, Client Relationship, and the Onsite Injury Prevention Team regarding appointments and any associated requirements.
