Implementation Science in Health Care_Postdoctoral Research Position in Nursing Science
80-100 % :The Implementation Science in Nursing group is a growing research team at the Medical Faculty's Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care and the University Hospital Zurich's Center of Clinical Nursing Science. Our research focuses on family health interventions and innovative, nurse-led models of care, primarily in acute-critical illness, end-of-life, and bereavement. We have a dual focus on clinical and implementation research in nursing and health care delivery.
Your responsibilities:
As postdoctoral member of the research group, you will:
- Plan, coordinate and carry out clinical and implementation science research projects in family health nursing and collaborative care delivery.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize scientific content.
- Disseminate research results through presentations at conferences and publications in peer reviewed journals.
- Contribute to the development of new courses in interprofessional collaboration and implementation science at the Medical Faculty.
- Supervise and support Master students.
- Further develop your own research profile.
- Emerging track record of highquality research publications and conference papers.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication and effective interprofessional skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain research partnerships.
- Selfmotivated and comfortable taking initiative.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong interest in keeping up with emerging trends and methodologies in clinical and implementation science nursing research.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and support undergraduate students and to engage in teaching activities.
