    Dans ce rôle d'architecte de solutions pour l'IT Service Center, tu travailles au sein de l'équipe d'architecture et élabores des solutions tournées vers l'avenir pour la Poste. Ce faisant, tu tiens compte de nos projets clients, de nos partenaires externes, de notre architecture d'entreprise et collabores étroitement avec notre équipe IT Service Center.

  • De nombreux projets t'attendent sur la voie de la transformation technologique, lesquels bénéficieront de tes conseils et de ton soutien.
  • Tu travailles à la mise en place et au développement de la plateforme de gestion des services informatiques (ServiceNow) et tu t'occupes de son intégration optimale dans l'environnement systèmes de la Poste.
  • La conception de l'architecture informatique de l'IT Service Center relève de ta compétence, et tu t'engages dans la mise en œuvre concrète des projets et des initiatives qui en découlent.
  • Dans le respect des directives internes en matière d'architecture, tu mets en œuvre des initiatives et des projets concrets dans l'environnement ITSM en collaboration avec des partenaires externes.
  • Grâce à tes compétences techniques, à ton esprit d'équipe et à ta passion, tu participes à l'intégration durable, fiable et performante des technologies, des plateformes ainsi que des systèmes et services partenaires dans notre paysage IT.
  • En tant que membre d'une solide équipe d'architectes, tu participes à l'orientation stratégique et tu contribues de manière déterminante à la conception des architectures de référence, des lignes directrices et au développement de l'infrastructure de base de l'IT Service Center.

    Ce que tu apportes

  • Ta solide formation technique en informatique (Bachelor, Master ou expérience professionnelle équivalente) sert de point de départ à ce défi passionnant.
  • Tu maîtrises le code JavaScript, tu as une excellente connaissance des technologies d'interface courantes et tu es capable de mettre en œuvre des intégrations de systèmes dans un environnement Corporate IT en toute autonomie.
  • Ton expérience avec ServiceNow au sein de grandes entreprises et, idéalement, dans des projets ServiceNow de grande envergure, te confère de solides connaissances dans ce domaine.
  • Ta capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes et à les défendre de manière convaincante au sein de grandes équipes fait de toi un élément essentiel de notre groupe.
  • Tu comprends les défis que représentent une Configuration Management Database à jour et correcte et un Common Service Data Model professionnel et cohérent sur le plan technique, et tu es enthousiaste à l'idée de les relever.
  • Pour toi, l'esprit d'équipe et la volonté de se former en permanence vont de soi et contribuent à ce que tu sois toujours au fait des dernières avancées technologiques.
  • De très bonnes connaissances en français et de bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais viennent parfaire ton profil.
