    LocalPoint ist ein kleines KI-Unternehmen, das sich darauf spezialisiert hat, gedruckte Zeitungen in dynamische digitale Erlebnisse zu verwandeln. Indem wir die Kraft der Technologie nutzen, helfen wir Zeitungen, in der digitalen Ära relevant zu bleiben und mit ihren Lesern auf neue und aufregende Weise in Kontakt zu treten. Wir suchen derzeit eine hochmotivierte und detailorientierte Person, um unser Team als Business Manager oder Client Success Manager mit der Möglichkeit zur Beförderung zum Business Manager zu verstärken.

    Aufgaben


    Als Business Manager / Client Success Manager spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Betreuung von Kundenbeziehungen und stellst sicher, dass sie mit unserer Plattform erfolgreich sind. Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, bearbeitest Supportanfragen und kommunizierst effektiv mit unserem Entwicklungsteam, um Probleme zu lösen. Darüber hinaus bist du für die Erstellung von Präsentationen für Verlage verantwortlich, um den Wert und die Auswirkungen unserer digitalen Lösungen herauszustellen.

    Verantwortlichkeiten:

    • Sei der Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden und biete außergewöhnlichen Kundenservice und Support.
    • Bearbeite und löse Supportanfragen von Kunden, um zeitnahe und zufriedenstellende Lösungen sicherzustellen.
    • Arbeite mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um Kundenfeedback zu übermitteln, Probleme zu identifizieren und zu beheben.
    • Erstelle überzeugende Präsentationen für Verlage, um die Vorteile unserer digitalen Plattform herauszustellen.
    • Pflege starke Kundenbeziehungen und identifiziere Möglichkeiten für Upselling und Cross-Selling.
    • Bleibe über Branchentrends und digitale Geschäftsmodelle auf dem Laufenden, um wertvolle Einblicke für Kunden zu bieten.

    Qualifikation

    • Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle, vorzugsweise in einem digitalen Geschäftsumfeld. Ideal sind Kandidaten als Client Succes Manager, Projekt Manager, Produkt Manager, Gründer, im Support, im Online Marketing oder ähnlichem in einem Digitalen Startup oder Agentur gearbeitet haben.
    • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und die Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen effektiv zu bewältigen.
    • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme schnell zu verstehen und zu vereinfachen.
    • Du gehst detailorientiert und gewissenhaft an die Betreuung von Kundenbeziehungen und Supportanfragen heran.
    • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, schriftlich und mündlich. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

    Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

    • Erfahrung in der digitalen Medien- oder traditionellen Medienbranche ist ein Pluspunkt.
