The junior Business Risk Manager supports the Business Risk Manager of the Global Markets & Treasury division in maintaining and enhancing the 1st Line of Defense risk management measures, its related controls and reporting system.

Position responsibilities:
The junior GM&T BRM is responsible for managing the business risks including controls and reports for parts of the division; is performing and coordinating incident analysis, providing proposals for mitigation measures to be submitted to the divisional Head and is contributing as well to general support the unit in all its core activities (e.g. improvement of processes, compliance and risk taking related education, IT developments related to controls...)

Position skills:

12 years' experience in a risk management or trading room or middle office will be considered as a plus
Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Information Technology or other designations such as CFA, CAIA, FRM
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) italian language will be considered as a plus
Outstanding analytical, comprehension & problemsolving skills; Interest in data analytics
Ability to interact clearly, constructively and efficiently with senior individuals, traders and other Business Units
Highly organized, with shown ability to plan, followup and able to prioritize effectively
Flexible attitude and independent contributor to a dynamic regional & functional environment
Result oriented with strong attention to details
Experienced user of MS software, good knowledge of market information systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
