For our customer, an important pharma company based in Ticino, we are currently looking for the following profile:EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Part Time 50%)
- Travel arrangements
- Calendar management: regular meetings and other meetings scheduling upon request or need
- European Meeting Commitee planning
- Complex meeting organization
- Travel arrangement (hotel /transfer) for guests
- Management of the Annual General assembly and Board of Directors meetingsincluding minutes,according to the need, supported by our lawyer and Legal Dept.
- Travel tool Administrator to support travellers and vendor management
- EMEA Organizational chart regular update for distribution to the Management
- Site inspections for meeting locations and main contact with local hotels and transfers companies for corporate rates agreements
- Administration tasks and general correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in business or other related business field
- Fluency in English and Italian, any other languages is a plus
- Interpersonal skills in relationship
- High confidenciality
- Good skills on IT supports and tools
