Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Lugano and lead human resources initiatives across Switzerland, the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to Top-Management and Leadership, providing expert guidance on HR matters and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and international standards.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Switzerland and in the other countries.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation processes.
Foster a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in an international and/or IT Consulting environment
Demonstrated success in managing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Indepth knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations
Exceptional managerial, organizational, and problemsolving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in navigating and resolving complex employee relations issues.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with HR practices in the UK, Germany, France, and Belgium is advantageous.
Certification in HR management or related field is desirable.
Italian native and fluent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Availability for short trips to other company Branches.
