    Deine Aufgaben:

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Führen des "At Your Service" Teams
    • Selbstständiges Arbeiten an der Telefonzentrale in einem kleinen Team
    • individuelle Bearbeitung verschiedener Gästeanliegen am Telefon, per Mail oder per mobile Chat
    • Betreuung der Gäste am Businesscenter
    • Weiterleitung entsprechender Anliegen an die passende Abteilung als "Herz des Hauses"
    • Anfallende Gäste Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
    • Pflege von hotelinternen Systemen und Programmen
    • Pflege unserer Guest Experience Platform
    • Annahme und Buchung von Roomservice-Bestellungen
    • Gäste Anfragen bearbeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Empfang und Concierge

    Dein Profil
    • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder eine abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule
    • Du organisierst strukturiert und kommunizieren gerne in fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
    • Sie sind belastbar und ein Teamplayer
    • Erweiterte EDV-Kenntnisse
    • Du hast eine selbstständige und sehr gastorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • Dein Kopf ist voller Ideen und Kreativität
    • Du bist bereit, Dein Bestes zu geben
