- Als globaler Ansprechpartner leiten Sie komplexe Industrialisierungsprojekte für das Supply Chain Management (SCM) im Rahmen des Belimo Stage-Gate-Prozess
- Als fachlich verantwortliche Person führen und motivieren Sie die zugeteilten Projektmitarbeiter und sind verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Supply Chain Konzepts neuer Produkte
- Sie überwachen SCM-relevante Prozesse, sichern den Informationsfluss und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Innovation (R&D) und operativen Disziplinen wie Planung, Einkauf, Montage und Logistik
- Als Repräsentant für die Supply Chain vertreten Sie die Anliegen der Supply Chain in Meetings und Workshops, optimieren Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der Schnittstellen und sind verantwortlich für deren Weiterentwicklung
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der konzernweiten Supply Chain Strategie
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik (z.B. Wirtschafts-Ingenieur o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im industriellen Umfeld
- Fundierte Projekterfahrung in der Leitung von globalen Projekten im Supply Chain Umfeld sowie nachweisliche Erfahrung in Industrialisierungsprojekten mit Gesamtverantwortung
- Sehr gutes Prozessverständnis entlang der Supply Chain eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
- Unternehmerisch denkende und handelnde Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten mit Durchsetzungsvermögen – gleichzeitig hohe Empathie und Pragmatismus
