    Wir sind ein Team bestehend aus Rechtsanwältinnen & Rechtsanwälten und unterstützen den Vertrieb bei der Betreuung von grösseren Firmenkunden, Financial Institutions und Institutionals. Zudem sind wir die Ansprechpartner für juristische Fragestellungen rund um Finanzierungen. Unser Portfolio im Bereich Finanzierungen umfasst Standardfinanzierungsverträge, Konsortialfinanzierungen, Trade & Export Finance, Commodity Trade Finance, Spezialfinanzierungen für Private Banking Kunden, aber auch weitere Themen wie z.B. Cash Management.

    Deine Aufgaben – mehr gestalten
    • Betreuung der zugewiesenen Einheiten und Transaktionen aus den Bereichen Key Accounts, Structured Finance, Loan Syndications, Institutional Clients & Multinationals, Commodity Traders, Trade & Export Finance, Financial Institutions, Cash Management, Produktmanagement Finanzierungen und Recovery
    • Rechtliche Unterstützung in einer Vielzahl von Rechtsgebieten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht, Auftragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, IPR, Bankenrecht, Aufsichtsrecht und Sanierungs- und Insolvenzrecht
    • Führung von Verhandlungen und Schriftverkehr mit unserer Kundschaft und deren Rechtsvertretenden
    • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung bzw. Umsetzung der globalen Rahmenbedingungen für die grenzüberschreitende Erbringung von Finanzdienstleistungen
    • Verantwortung für die Ausgestaltung bankinterner Prozesse, der Implementierung neuer Tools sowie Mitarbeit bei Weisungen
    • Übernahme von und Mitarbeit in Projekten
    • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in rechtlichen Themen
    • Enger Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden der betreuten Geschäftseinheiten sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen anderer Legal & Compliance-Teams
    Dein Profil – mehr mitbringen
    • Abgeschlossenes Rechtsstudium mit Schweizer Anwaltspatent
    • Fundierte Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Rechtsdienst eines Finanzdienstleisters oder in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
    • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der aufsichtsrechtlichen und zivilrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für das Bankgeschäft und im Besonderen das Finanzierungsgeschäft
    • Deine Arbeitsweise ist effizient, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert
    • Du punktest mit deinen ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie deiner Belastbarkeit
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) – jede weitere Landessprache ist ein Pluspunkt
