Consultant - Finance Strategy & Transformation:

Your contribution to KPMG*:


  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement in financial processes and systems, and design strategies to enhance efficiency of their operating models
  • Optimize and automate endtoend Finance processes such as PurchasetoPay, OrdertoCash and RecordtoReport
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization (such as RPA, workflows) to improve and standardize financial processes
  • Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models
  • Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future experts in Finance and Controlling
  • Improve performance monitoring by implementing proper reporting, planning, forecasting and consolidation technologies (FP&A)
  • Collaborate in crossfunctional projects, working together as one team to deliver broader value to our clients
  • Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with international clients

This is what makes you successful*:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or similar
  • First experience in Transformation, Finance or in a comparable environment is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of ERP system functionalities (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German, French is a plus
