Tasks

Develop, implement, and streamline proper and scalable finance processes in close cooperation with the Head of Finance
Identify areas for process improvements and support in their implementation
Evaluate our cost and price structure through detailed analyses, with support from the team
Assist in the monthly reporting process, including cash reconciliation and daily tasks such as account payables and account receivables
Maintain close contact with our external accountants, ensuring accurate and uptodate books with their support
Contribute to highlevel strategic decisions by providing financial analysis and insights
Support the team in all aspects of finance, including adhoc requests and special projects
Prepare financial reports and analyses on various aspects of the business
Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes

Requirements:

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Passion for working with numbers and a desire to learn
Understanding of basic principles of accounting and financial analysis
Good technology affinity, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
High level of selfinitiative and ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
