I offer Amazon Key Account Management for brands and manufacturers in interim mandates. Based on my experience, I ensure from day 1 that your business processes continue to be carried out. I optimize these if you wish. This concerns PO management, agency management, content optimization, case management, and penalty reduction and reclaim.
At the end of my mandate, I train the managers or/and other stakeholders in their roles and tasks independently. Upon request, I can also do group training for certain topics.
I look back on 8 years of Ecommerce experience as a member of agile teams. For 4 years I have been managing vendor accounts of well-known manufacturers.
