- Mitarbeit auf Mandaten im Bereich Börsen- und Kapitalmarktrecht (inklusive Finanzierungen), Fusionen, Übernahmen und Unternehmenskäufen sowie allgemeines Gesellschafts- und Handelsrecht;
- Umfassende Dauerbetreuung von kotierten Gesellschaften;
- Vertretung und Beratung von Emittenten und Emissionsbanken bei Börsengängen, Bezugsrechtsemissionen, Ausgabe von Anleihen, Wandelanleihen, hybriden Finanzinstrumenten und anderen Kapitalmarkttransaktionen;
- Leitung von Transaktionsprozessen (Unternehmensprüfungen (Due Diligence), Ausarbeiten/Verhandeln von Verträgen, Angebots- und Kotierungsprospekten sowie Comfort Letters);
- Verfassen von Memoranden, Gutachten und Legal Opinions sowie
- Die Möglichkeit schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbstständig zu arbeiten.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium sowie schweizerisches Rechtsanwaltspatent;
- Grosses Interesse an grenzüberschreitenden Fragestellungen und an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung 'on-the-job';
- Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse wären ein zusätzliches Asset;
