Job Purpose

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Helps to create the communication materials for earnings releases as well as presentations to investors and analysts
Assist in preparing and organizing conferences, road shows and investor meetings
Monitors the development of the share price, its short interest and changes in the shareholder base
Supports the maintenance and further development of the investor relations webpage and social media channels
Interacts with equity research analysts
Prepares capital markets presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee
Participating in investors meetings and conferences
Manages the ESG rating agencies and its reporting cycles

Profile
Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance
One to three years of investor relations experience in a public listed company, bank (buy or sell side) or asset manager

Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to visualize data
Proactive team player
Fluent in English and German
