Manager Investor Relations and Sustainability
We are looking for an experienced Manager Investor Relations (IR) and Sustainability at our Headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ.

In this interesting and versatile role you are working closely with the Head of IR and the sustainability team to ensure that investors and analysts are provided with timely and accurate information on Oerlikon's financial performance, strategy and ESG progress.

You will also ensure quality and analysis of ESG data.

Your Responsibilities

Investor Relations:

Contribute to quarterly reporting incl. preparation of earnings presentation, speech, Q&A, consensus
Create IR related presentations for Board and Executive Committee
Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows and other events
Support in developing the Oerlikon equity story and update it on a regular base
Drive annual shareholder identification analysis
Cover IR needs in capital market projects and support its success
Coordinate and drive sourcing and legal processes for IR tools

Sustainability (ESG):

Manage engagement with ESG ratings agencies and preparation of ESG materials, such as presentations, Q&A, etc.
Act as business partner for ESG data owners for the coordination of data for ESG reporting and ratings, as well as investor presentations and engagements
Perform data analysis for ESG reporting
Coordination with internal content owners and preparation of data/materials for ESG ratings, particularly ISS, Sustainalytics and MSCI
Manage ESGrelated requests from investors and analysts
Create ESG content for earnings presentation, Q&A, investor events and engagements
Support management for ESGrelated roadshows
Manage the external assurance of sustainability targets and results, working with the selected assurance provider and relevant contacts across the business.
Represent IR on the sustainability management team to provide feedback and guidance on ESG metrics required by investors
Support corporate functions for ESGrelated topics from an IR/investor perspective

Your Profile

University degree or equivalent education in business administrations or economics
35 years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Investor relations, sustainability, sell / buy side equity research, finance, M&A
Understanding of capital markets and sustainability
High level of proficiency with office tools, particularly power point and excel
Very detailoriented and able to do joinedup thinking
Strong analytical ability to perform in depth data and financial analysis
Able to communicate efficiently and precisely in verbal and written forms
Capability to build relationships and work well with internal and external stakeholders
Selfreliant, autonomous, and actionoriented work style
